We are proud to announce our partnership with both Governance Institute of Australia and Directors Australia for the 2024 Remuneration Survey Reports.
The 2024 Survey is now closed.
This is the thirteenth year of the Australian Board Remuneration Survey and the third year of its ‘sister’ remuneration publication - the Australian Executive Remuneration Survey. The 2023 Surveys included:
226 Listed Public Boards
167 Unlisted Public Boards
176 Private Boards
362 Not for Profit Boards
186 Government Boards
50 Super Fund Boards
and remuneration data was published for 1013 MD/CEOs, 590 CFOs, 230 Company Secretaries, 182 CROs, 413 COOs, 308 Chief People & Culture Officers and 9 other Executive roles.
The survey for both Board and Executive should take approximately 10 minutes to complete with data at hand.
Closing date for submissions is 5pm Friday 17th May 2024.
Completing the survey
To prepare for the questionnaire we strongly recommend that contributors download a PDF copy.
This will allow you to ensure you have everything you need before commencing.
Who should respond?
Company secretaries and human resources professionals who have access to data on the remuneration of their organisations.
Executive and non-executive board directors, whether or not they are currently remunerated for their positions.
If you do not feel you can complete this survey, we would really appreciate it if you could forward the email to the next most appropriate person in your organisation. This will allow us to ensure that the data is as comprehensive as possible.
These surveys will be published annually to create an accurate picture of the remuneration practices and to help boards and senior executives make more informed decisions.
Confidentiality
Data collected during the survey process will be analysed in aggregate form by MMC.
Responses will remain absolutely confidential only to MMC and will not be made available to any other party.
