Conditions

I and the organisation I represent and from which I have authority to agree to these Conditions and respond to the Survey (the Organisation) consent to McGuirk Management Consultants Pty Ltd (MMC):

	collecting and storing data provided by the Organisation and by me and using the data in preparing and publishing the Survey for sale; and
	retaining personal information provided by the Organisation and me and using such information for the purpose of contacting me and the Organisation to:

		clarify my response on behalf of the Organisation to the Survey;
		invite me or the Organisation to participate in any subsequent survey;
		invite me or the Organisation to participate in any remuneration benchmarking process which would identify the Organisation; and
		to seek other consents.

The remuneration data collected by MMC will not be supplied to any other party and will only be known to MMC.

All remuneration data collected will be used to create the 2024 Australian Board Remuneration Survey & 2024 Australian Executive Remuneration Survey and will be published in a manner so that no individual Contributor can be identified.

Under no circumstances will the information of the Organisation be revealed without the express consent of the Organisation and the remuneration information remains the property of MMC.
